At the core of both TeleStaff Standard and Enterprise editions are powerful and unique features that separate them from other staffing solutions. Rather than making general assumptions, TeleStaff uses your organization's specific guidelines when accepting requests and making staffing decisions. With TeleStaff, staff members can make scheduling requests using a TeleStaff PC or any touch-tone telephone. When the request is made (for example, vacation next week), TeleStaff uses your guidelines to accept, deny or require approval for the request. Similarly, when vacancies occur as a result of a leave code or other staffing activity, TeleStaff follows your specific labor rules to prioritize the list of candidates to fill the vacancy.

TeleStaff is designed to be accessible wherever you are. Even without a computer network, TeleStaff accepts requests and makes contact with staff members by telephone. When a vacancy needs to be filled, TeleStaff actually places outbound phone calls to appropriate staff members to offer the work opportunity. TeleStaff can deliver messages by pager, on answering machines, by fax, e-mail, and by PC. And since TeleStaff can make multiple phone calls simultaneously, it is the ideal solution for emergency and other staffing recalls.

Never before has it been so easy to produce staffing reports. Since TeleStaff records every staff member's work activity under all working and leave codes, TeleStaff produces payroll, FLSA, and other management reports over any time period. While both editions provide comprehensive schedule management, the Enterprise edition is designed specifically to support the most highly complex organizations. Additional features included in the Enterprise edition include:

• Multiple Profiles: Using our patent-pending dynamic dates technology, create multiple profiles (rank, specialties, etc.) for an individual that automatically become active on date-based triggers. Using this feature, plan your staff promotions in advance and let TeleStaff automtically manage the change on the selected date
• Multiple Assignments: Like mutliple profiles, create multiple assignments (where people work) in advance and have TeleStaff automtically change staff member's assignments on specified date triggers
• Assignment Rotations: For organizations that commonly rotate staff members through multiple job assignments, these rotations can be defined and managed by TeleStaff. Set up and test the rotation in TeleStaff and then use date triggers to effect the rotation. TeleStaff will automtically move staff members from position to position as required.
