Mid-Level Java Developer    As an Application Developer you will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of applications and components in a J2EE environment. You will work in a team environment to deliver innovated technology solutions. You will create technical design document, code to standards and unit tech such that technical vision is achieved with the highest level of quality.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 2+ years hands-on experience with Java and J2EE (EJB, JDBC and JMS).
  • 2+ years hands-on experience with HTML and JavaScript.
  • Good communications skills.
Desired Qualifications:
  • JBoss, Tomcat, Struts, Ant, Axis, JMX, JavaMail.
  • BS in Computer Science or related field

Product Support Specialist    As a Product Support Specialist, you shall be responsible for providing first-level services to customers contacting PDSI for technical support via questions and issues initiating from phone-based and Web-based inquiries. The PSS will also work collaboratively with Senior Level Product Support Specialists, and other client-facing personnel to effectively troubleshoot issues, provide timely feedback to customers, and ensure issues are handled and resolved in a timely manner.

Qualifications and skills: Minimum high school diploma; college education preferred, previous support desk experience; software support preferred previous CRM/Call Tracking System experience; SalesLogix preferred, ability to learn business unit products, policies, and operating procedures to properly interpret and communicate them, proficient troubleshooting in Windows 2000/XP, Server 2000/2003-related issues, proficient in MS Office Tools, including Word, Excel, Visio, experience with Sybase SQL, Crystal Reporting, XML a plus, experience with Windows Terminal Server, Citrix a plus, exceptional communication and organizational skills, professional presence, ability to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment, proactive and takes initiative, strong attention to detail.

Project Manager     As a Project Manager, you shall be responsible for training client organizations and configuring workforce scheduling software according to clients' business needs. The Project Manager trains customers at our training facility, onsite at the client location as well as via web conferences. Responsibilities include; account management of small to large client customer base, effectively and expeditiously guide customers through the implementation process of their new software solutions, and assist in RFP responses in accordance to deadlines. Project Management experience in Public Safety segments such as Fire, EMS, Police, Sheriff and Corrections is suggested.

Qualifications and skills: Bachelor's degree, 3-5 years experience training on an Enterprise Level application, software account management, exceptional communication and organization skills, ability to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment, proactive and takes initiative, strong presentation skills with attention to detail, must have the ability to learn business unit products, policies, and operating procedures, and interpret and communicate them, self-starter, proficient in MS Office tools, including Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project. Some travel required, and Project Management Certificate a plus.
